An Amazon Customer Service Associate is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all Amazon customers. This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems. Associates communicate with customers primarily through mail, chat and phone and utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Amazon Customer Service Associate-VCS

Virtual Customer Service (VCS) - It is a ‘Work from Home’ model for India CS. VCS associates are expected to work from a home location approved by Amazon for all scheduled hours. It is the responsibility of the associates to ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and ‘work-like’ environment at home location so that associates can deliver their best in terms of productivity and quality.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum qualification is 10 + 2. Any graduate/ PG is eligible to apply.

  • Ability to use a desktop computer system
  • Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer

  • Stop getting email from the group: You’re still a member of the group, but you no longer receive emails when there’s activity
  • Leave the group: After you take this action, you can no longer access the group if it's not public

    • To leave the group and stop getting emails, click Leave group.

  • Make sure you unsubscribed using the same email address that gets the group emails.
  • Check whether the emails are forwarded from another address.
  • Make sure you’re not signed up for the group with more than one email address.
  • Check that you’re not subscribed to topics. In the upper right corner, click the settings icon, then My topic email subscriptions

After you’ve joined a group, you get a confirmation email. If you applied to a group or contacted a group owner, the group owner need to approve your application before you can participate in that group.

Change Your Settings and Display Name
You can change your display name, photo, email address, and how frequently you get email from the group.
  1. Sign in to Google Groups.
  2. Click My Groups.
  3. Choose a group.
  4. In the top right, click  Membership and email settings.
  5. Choose your settings.
  6. Click Save.
